Sunday, Nov. 9
8 – 11 a.m.	Exhibitor Move-in for 20'x30', 20'x20' Islands and 10'x20' Split Island booths only
	(Hall D & Venetian Ballrooms E, F, K & L)
11 a.m. - 10 p.m.	Exhibitor Move-in for all booth sizes (Hall D & Venetian Ballrooms E, F, K & L)
	Direct Shipments may arrive at exhibit site from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Monday, Nov. 10
7 a.m. – Noon	Exhibitor Move-in (Hall D & Venetian Ballrooms E, F, K & L)
	Direct Shipments must arrive at exhibit site by 10 a.m.
	All exhibits MUST be fully installed by 12 Noon*
5 – 8 p.m.	Welcome Reception and Grand Opening of the ISPA Expo
	These are considered open Expo hours
Tuesday, Nov. 11
9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.	ISPA Expo Open
Wednesday, Nov. 12
9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.	ISPA Expo Open
3:30 – 10 p.m.	Exhibitor Teardown
Thursday, Nov. 13
8 a.m. – 2 p.m.	Exhibitor Teardown
	Carriers must be checked in by 12 Noon or exhibitor freight may be forced shipped
	All exhibitor materials must be removed by 2 p.m.

 * All exhibitors MUST be fully installed by Noon on Monday, Nov. 10.  Show Management will do a
  formal walk-through beginning at Noon and will drape-off unoccupied display areas.  Exhibitors
  that arrive after Noon on Monday, Nov. 10, will need to set their display after 8 p.m. that day.
