Risk Management for Spas e-Learning course

In partnership with the Resort Hotel Association, ISPA and the ISPA Foundation created a risk management program that provides the spa industry with information to manage safer and more effective spa operations while reducing their risk as well as the clients’. This online, self-directed educational course is intended for all spa leaders. Presented in a series of modules, it provides education on the general topic of risk management and highlights key areas to be aware of that will assist spas in understanding risks and limiting exposure. Available as a free download for ISPA members, this guide was developed by the ISPA Education Committee to accurately describe the nuances of the therapists’ and estheticians’ roles in the spa environment.
