Focus on the Future

As a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, the ISPA Foundation relies on the support and generosity of individuals and organizations that believe in our mission of improving and enhancing the value of the spa experience.  It is the ISPA Foundation’s passion to continue providing the much needed resources necessary for the personal enrichment of the professionals in our industry, as well as the sustainability of the industry as a whole.

General contributions to the ISPA Foundation are used to support ongoing projects that support its mission and vision.  Contributions can also be designated for specific projects or funds.  Recent Foundation projects include Supervisory Skill Builders, in both English and Chinese, development of a Uniform System of Financial Reporting for Spas, an in-depth Compensation Workbook for the Spa Industry, and the development of the endowment fund.

By establishing an endowment, the Foundation has provided a permanent resource to further its mission and vision.  Unlike other types of gifts, an endowment is established to continue generating income. Contributions to an endowed fund is invested and professionally managed to produce additional income. As the principal grows, so does the income available to award.

Immediate gifts may be made in the form of checks payable to the ISPA Foundation or charges made to American Express, Master Card, Visa or Discover.  As described under Ways of Giving, gifts may also be made in the form of life insurance, real estate and other assets. All monetary contributions may be designated according to your interests. Your support of fundraising events, volunteering your time and knowledge, and purchasing ISPA Foundation materials also helps.  Confidentiality is respected.  Please visit the Policies and Guidelines section to read more on the investment policy and gift and pledge guidelines created by the ISPA Foundation.

For more information about supporting the ISPA Foundation please contact Crystal Ducker at 1.859.226.4427 or crystal.ducker@ispastaff.com .   All contributions should be sent to:
